Notice regarding COVID-19 to our valued patients
As many of you may are aware, healthcare providers are at the forefront in protecting the communities from coronavirus. During these times of uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we want our valued patients to take comfort in the steps we are taking to protect our patients and staff. Our top priority is the health and safety of our patients, staff, and community and we are committed to monitoring the guidelines and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
First and foremost, our patients come first, and our phone lines are open from 9am-8 pm for patients to reach out with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their beauty needs. Currently, our phsycial location is closed, but we are still available for consultations. Jane Scher is always available to her patients for support, especially during these uncertain times. We will also be offering the option of scheduling an appointment for a virtual beauty consultation in order to serve our patients from the safety of their own homes.
Jane Scher’s background as a surgical nurse with over 30 years of experience means she also has extensive knowledge of infection control techniques and even prior to the COVID-19 outbreak, she utilized this knowledge to extensively clean the office between patients. Currently, Jane wants her patients to know she has been wearing a mask routinely for preventative reasons and suggests to her patients to protect themselves and those around them by wearing a mask and gloves. She suggests cleaning surfaces with alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, or Clorox to disinfect and kill any cold & flu virus that may be present on hard surfaces. Also, she recommends and follows CDC regulations as they are updated to help prevent the coronavirus from spreading. It is essential especially during these times to take the necessary steps and follow recommendations to protect yourself and your loved ones.
As this situation is rapidly changing, we will continue to monitor the recommendations for safe practices and comply with the guidelines that are released. Please follow the recommendations, stay home as often as possible, and practice social distancing when in public places to remain at least 6 feet apart. We want to ensure that everyone takes the proper precautions to remain safe. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time and we look forward to serving you in the future!
